Our Heritage Session and Diaconate
Heritage Presbyterian Church is a congregation under the oversight of our Session comprised of our Pastor and Ruling Elders. Mercy ministry is overseen and carried out by our Deacon.
Rev. Carl Miller was installed as the Evangelist/Church Planter serving New Braunfels OPC, in October 2019. In May 2022, Rev. Miller was installed as the founding pastor of Heritage Presbyterian Church. Carl was raised in Houston,TX.
